Supporting our Kallback International Resellers' Success
Because we consider you a client as well as a Reseller, you can expect support and extraordinary attention to personal service.
You will be assigned a dedicated Personal Account Manager to handle your concerns and act as your liaison. As our International Reseller, you will be able to depend on us for a great deal of information and ongoing support, continuing training, and the reliability of our services. As part of our program, you will receive the following training and materials:
Files of service; applications, and users guide forms and more, are developed to make it simple to add your own business name, address and contact information. Using these files, you should be able to begin printing your own custom forms and selling in an hour or less.
Web site access allows you to make any changes on your customer account.
Monthly reports. Accurate information about your sales activity and customer accounts will be sent monthly on the billing cycle. Weekly usage reports, billing and technical service ticket reports are available upon request.
We will assign a Personal Account Manager to you for the first six months you are in business. He/She will be your liaison and advocate with us at the home office. Your goal is to reach a minimum of $20,000. If you have not done so within the first six months you will work directly with Customer Service.

Complete the Kallback International Reseller application and Joint Non-Disclosure Agreement. To help you determine if you should take the next steps to becoming a Reseller, it is essential that you take some time to evaluate the necessary investment of time and money. Using this guide you will know in advance what your investment will be, if your country is a good location for your business, and your next steps, including a basic business plan.
Become a Kallback customer. If you are not already a customer, you should sign up now to see for yourself how much you can save. You will also appreciate the outstanding multi-lingual Customer Service department that is an integral part of our service.
Telecommunications know-how. The ideal candidates are well-established telecommunications firms in their own country, such as sellers of customer premises equipment or other enhanced services such as voice mail, or international trading companies with good business contacts that make a high number of international calls.
Be aware of business and telecommunications regulations in your country. To be most effective, you need to be familiar with any laws and currency exchange regulations in your country. In some rare instances, circumstances may affect your ability to do business, so be sure to check before you begin.
Target your sales. Successful representatives start by doing direct sales and concentrating on users who frequently call the U.S. or other countries where there is substantial savings using Kallback for long-distance telecommunications by phone, fax, modem.
Research your competition.
